Founded in 2017, Azalea Capital Partners LLP is a boutique investment bank based in Mumbai, India specializing in structured and distressed financing solutions for Indian mid-caps, which are currently underserviced by larger Investment Banks. Azalea is co-founded by Emkay Global Financial Services, a research-based Equity Broking House along with Abhijit Shrivastava. Each partner brings extensive expertise and experience in financial markets, with a belief that there are significant opportunities in the credit markets. The firm is focused on a broad set of strategies across the capital structure of companies in the form of private financing, structured financing, as well as distressed financing. The firm focuses on unlocking value, seeking opportunities in inefficient mid-cap markets and pursue opportunistic strategies to unravel potential value through complex structuring which meets the investment threshold of investors.
